In November 2017 we observed even more trades then in October. The 18yo Macallan 2017 release and the Highland Park Dragon Legend are the most traded single malts. Our Islay index stopped its downward movement for now.

October 2017 was the most active month in our whisky auction history. Never before did we observe so many trades in a single month. Some of Ichiro´s Malt Cards celebrated a furious comeback. Meanwhile our Islay region index looses ground.

It is certainly about time for the September 2017 price update. Our whisky index levels in at around 340 index points. In the meantime our Highland index is closing up to the Islay index to battle for place three among the top single malt regions.

The February round of auctions included a special Macallan Sale at Bonhams Hong Kong. Our Glenmorangie index continues to rise, while the most traded Bowmore bottles experienced a small price setback after an astonishing peak in January 2017.
